If you would have told JoJo how much this mare was going to impact her life she would have said you were crazy! She seen Pea listed on Facebook, her friend Lindsay had her consigned, after many messages to owner, she met Lindsay to try her out. She didn’t expect to try her, fall in love with her and buy her that day. Sge was expecting a project horse but wasn’t expecting a heart horse.  They took some time getting to know each other and then started entering at Pea's speed to gain confidence. Little did JoJk know Pea was going to boost her own confidence and form a deeper enjoyment to run barrels. Some of JoJo's most memorable moments running barrels at rodeos and jackpots involve Pea. From the BBR Finals to rodeos not to mention her love of cows- this mare really enjoys her job! She loves mud, hates clay, loves cows, hates ranch work, loves to turn, loves kids and I swear she poses for photos. She’s a no nonsense mare- just leave her alone and hustle her and she’ll give her whole heart to you (she doesn’t like being told what to do). Pea has had one foal 8 years ago that’s unfortunately broodmare sound only. Miss Pea has been a stinker to get bred back since.  JoJo will always be thankful to the women that convinced her that she needed to come home to the ranch!!
